Brabus rocket 900 is a Mercedes-AMG E63 S 4MATIC under steroid. The name says it all…
The Brabus rocket 900 Materspiece Legacy Continues, Brabus has already taken the Mercedes-AMG E63 S 4MATIC to task, but now it’s going one step further.
The Mercedes-AMG E63 S 4MATIC isn’t short on power with its standard 612-horsepower twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8, but Brabus has already revealed that it can get a lot more out of that engine. Now, Brabus is taking it a step further with the Brabus 900, which, as the name suggests, boasts no less than 900 horsepower.
The result is a 900 horsepower beast that Brabus rightly calls “a wolf in sheep’s clothing”. This masterpeace named Brabus 900 has, you guessed it, 900 horses to play with.

Of course, as before, Brabus has covered the “E” entirely in carbon fiber, although admittedly this is still relatively modest for such a powerful car.
The story of the “wolf in sheep’s clothing” must of course still make sense. The Brabus 900 is sure to get some surprised looks during a sprint or a standing start. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds. The top speed is 330 km/h. By comparison, the regular E 63 S needs 3.4 seconds for that sprint and, with the optional AMG Driver’s Package, it can reach 300 km/h.
The V8 has been bored to a volume of 4.5 liters and is equipped with two more turbochargers specially developed by Brabus engineers.

Brabus also equipped the 900 with a special exhaust system, which opens the valves at the touch of a button to make the V8 roar at full speed. Those who prefer to stay a bit more modest can also activate the “Coming Home” mode. This keeps the roar as modest as possible. The Brabus 900, which is mounted on 21-inch jet-black light-alloy wheels, can be lowered by 20 mm thanks to a special spring system. According to Brabus, this is not only a matter of appearance, but also a way to make the car more lively and sporty to drive.

BRBRABUS 900 a wolf with 900 hp in the discreet coat of a sedan: with the new BRABUS 900 supercar on the basis of the Mercedes-AMG E 63 S 4MATIC+, BRABUS is consistently continuing a decades-old tradition: high-performance cars with the strength of a lion and the agility of a cheetah in the discreet coat of a Mercedes E-Class have always been milestones in the history of the Brabus tuner.
BRABUS 900 based on the Mercedes-AMG E 63 S in profile
As the name suggests, the BRABUS 900 of the 2022 model year has a particularly powerful core under the hood: the V8 twin-turbocharged BRABUS ROCKET 900 engine develops 662 kW / 900 hp thanks to the expansion of its displacement to 4.5 liters and a special high-performance supercharger system. Maximum torque is 1,250 Nm, but it is limited to 1,050 Nm in the vehicle.
This allows the four-wheel-drive sedan to go from a standstill to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds and to break the 300 km/h barrier in just 23.9 seconds.
The top speed is electronically limited to 330 km/h out of respect for the tires.
Brabus Performance with an optimal driving experience
In order to combine this performance with an optimal driving experience, BRABUS designers have developed wind tunnel aerodynamic components made of exposed carbon that generate additional downforce.
To further optimize the appearance and driving dynamics, the supercar is equipped with 21-inch BRABUS Monoblock Z “PLATINUM EDITION” high-tech forged wheels and a lowering module for the standard air suspension.
Individual customer wishes regarding the interior can be fulfilled with an exclusive BRABUS fine leather interior.
BRABUS 900 on the basis of the Mercedes-AMG E 63 S
As the world’s leading manufacturer of performance upgrades and TÜV-accredited displacement engines for Mercedes-Benz automobiles, BRABUS already offered different power levels for the current Mercedes-AMG E 63 S 4MATIC+.
With the BRABUS ROCKET 900 V8 twin-turbo engine, the tuner is opening up a new dimension of refinement and performance for the E-Class. The enormous know-how gained from more than four decades of tuning was not only used for development. In-house engine construction with a fleet of high-skilled machines and engineers makes it possible to build these engines in the BRABUS factory.
For the increase in capacity to 4.5 liters, the eight-cylinder engine block is not only enlarged to 84 millimeters in bore and equipped with correspondingly larger forged pistons. A finely balanced, machined crankshaft and eight special connecting rods extend the stroke to 100 millimeters.
Brabus efficient supercharger system
Of course, the V8 is not only modified in its inner life. To achieve the desired increase in power, an even more efficient supercharger system has been developed.
It includes two high-performance BRABUS turbochargers. They have a larger compression unit and a special housing unit with a reinforced axial bearing. This configuration allows a maximum boost pressure of 1.4 bar to be achieved. BRABUS BoostExtra adapters ensure that the engine “blows” clearly audible when the driver lifts his foot off the gas pedal.
The exhaust side of the engine conversion is completed with 75 millimeter diameter and larger downpipes, metal catalysts and particulate filters.
BRABUS high-performance exhaust system
The BRABUS high-performance exhaust system is made entirely of stainless steel and not only minimizes exhaust backpressure: integrated exhaust flaps allow the driver to choose between a discreet “coming home” mode and an accentuated and powerful eight-cylinder sound in the cockpit.
On the intake side, a modified intake system ensures an optimized supply of breathing air and high-pressure pumps for a correspondingly adapted fuel supply. A special BRABUS engine cover in red carbon makes this engine a feast for the eyes as well.
A wolf pack in sheep’s clothing from Brabus , The Mercedes-AMG E 63 S 4MATIC+ 900
The engine modification also required revised engine management. For the development, numerous series of tests were carried out on fixed engine dynos and roller dynos for all-wheel drive, supplemented by road and track tests. This resulted in new mapping for fuel injection, ignition and boost pressure control.
The result is not only a breathtaking power output and impeccable responsiveness across the entire rev range, but also compliance with the strict EURO 6D ISC-FCM emission standard.
In accordance with the design efforts and work of the Brabus engineers, the V8 ROCKET 900 engine generates exceptional power values with its displacement: the peak power of 662 kW / 900 hp is achieved at only 6,200 rpm. The maximum torque of 1,250 Nm, which is available at only 2,900 rpm, is just as enormous. To protect the transmission, this value is electronically limited to 1,050 Nm in the vehicle.
High-tech lubricants
BRABUS recommends high-tech lubricants from its technology partner MOTUL for this engine. Of course, this high-performance engine also comes with the exemplary BRABUS Tuning® warranty of 3 years to 100,000 kilometers (according to the BRABUS warranty conditions .
The wolf in sheep’s clothing is of course also a lifestyle apart when it comes to road performance: in perfect harmony with the nine-speed SPEEDSHIFT gearbox and 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive, the BRABUS 900 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds. The 200 km/h mark is reached in just 9.7 seconds. To reach 300 km/h, it takes only 23.9 seconds. At 330 km/h, the electronic speed limiter kicks in to prevent overloading the tires.
Aerodynamic refinement
At high speeds, driving stability is of course also an important issue. To optimize this, the BRABUS designers have developed aerodynamic components, which are produced in carbon and can be ordered with a glossy or matte coating. But the lip of the BRABUS front spoiler with its raised side flaps, which is attached to the bottom of the standard bumper, was not only shaped to further reduce the lift on the front axle at high speeds: In combination with the carbon front skirt inserts for the side air intakes, it gives the supercar an even more striking face. The two carbon air intakes on the left and right of the grille are another outstanding BRABUS feature.
BRABUS also offers an aerodynamic refinement for the rear of the sedan: The discreet lip of the spoiler on the trunk lid generates additional thrust on the rear axle at high speeds. The carbon diffuser replaces the standard center section of the rear apron. Its two cutouts on the left and right perfectly frame the carbon/titanium tailpipes of the BRABUS sports exhaust system, which complete the sporty design.
To give the Masterpeace BRABUS 900 an even more homogeneous look, all chrome and plastic parts of the vehicle’s body have been painted black.
BRABUS “PLATINUM EDITION”
Another feature of the German tuner are the exclusive wheels that make perfect use of the space available in the wheel arches. For the E 63, BRABUS offers 21-inch high-tech forged wheels in the top-of-the-line version. The BRABUS 900 pictured here rides on BRABUS “PLATINUM EDITION” one-piece Z-shaped forged wheels painted in SIGNATURE BLACK. Their filigree 10-spoke design combines lightness with maximum strength. The front axle is equipped with 9Jx21 wheels with 265/30 ZR 21 ContiSportContact 6 tires. The 10.5Jx21 rear wheels are equipped with 305/25 ZR 21 tires.
This not only benefits the exciting appearance of the BRABUS 900, but also its handling, which becomes even more agile with this wheel and tire combination. The BRABUS chassis module for the standard air suspension, which lowers the sedan by about 20 millimeters, makes the vehicle even sportier.
The Brabus rocket 900 Materspiece Legacy Continues, BRABUS specialty is the exclusive and unique interior design
Another BRABUS specialty is the exclusive and unique interior design. Under the label “BRABUS fine leather”, the finest leathers and alcantara are processed in the in-house upholstery workshop to create an interior that meets the most extravagant customer wishes. The variety of colors and designs of the upholstery is almost unlimited. In addition, inlays made of precious wood or real carbon can also be custom-made in a multitude of colors and finishes to suit individual tastes.
In addition, there are other individual cockpit accessories. These include the BRABUS RACE gearshift paddles on the steering wheel, which are made of aluminum, as well as the door locking pins
900 hp, Half a million euros, Ten examples,BRABUS ROCKET 900 “ONE OF TEN” based on the GT 63 S 4MATIC+
The German tuner Brabus transforms the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S into a killer supercar. a rocket with four doors! The AMG GT 63 S is the ultimate four-door Mercedes, at least until the arrival of the 73 GT. For those who don’t want to wait that long and want something even more brutal, Brabus is here to help.
The tuner transforms the AMG GT 63 S into a hardcore car with 900 hp and 1050 Nm of torque. This makes the previous Brabus version of the four-door GT seem almost harmless. Brabus will build ten examples of the four-door called Rocket 900, with a unit price of at least half a million euros.
Displacement increases by 0.4 liters
Brabus Engineering At Its Finest
A hellish sight: The apparent red carbon extends over the 900 hp twin-turbo V8 monster. As usual with Brabus, the Brabus engineers have done some amazing things for this transformation. It starts with the engine. The new finely balanced crankshaft with a stroke of 100 millimeters instead of 93 and a larger cylinder bore increase the V8’s displacement from four to 4.4 liters. Forged connecting rods and pistons are also new, two new turbochargers with larger compressor wheels provide 1.4 bar of boost pressure.
Power is increased from 639 to 900 hp
In addition, there is a carbon fiber intake duct, new high-pressure and fuel pumps and a redesigned engine management system. In total, power is increased from 639 to 900 hp and torque from 900 to 1250 Nm. The latter has been electronically limited to 1050 Nm to spare the already strengthened nine-speed automatic transmission.
The 4×4 should go from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds. It is as fast as a Lamborghini Aventador! To reach 300, it still takes 21.1 seconds. That’s how AMG’s four-liter V8 works!
One-piece wheels with aero fairings
The wide body kit is very flashy and almost reminiscent of a Rocket Bunny.
To calm the nerves, let’s take a look at the car first. The sight of the Rocket 900 puts us in a state of adrenaline rush. The bodywork was lowered by 25 millimeters and widened by 7.8 centimeters in width thanks to a carbon body kit. The parts were developed in a wind tunnel and their role is to increase the offset. The jagged front end ensures increased fresh air intake, for which even the outer parts of the Panamericana grille were sacrificed.
The 21- and 22-inch one-piece wheels improve aerodynamics with their carbon shroud and are shod with 295/30 tires in front and 335/25 in the rear. The “” paint job effectively gives the Brabus a stealthy airplane look.
Tires limit top speed
The interior can be refined to your heart’s content at the Brabus Masterpiece factory. How does the beast behave? So, you sit down and press the start button. The beast awakens to life with a roar. The acceleration makes your face go wild.
The tires and brakes in the Kevlar-lined wheel wells thirst for temperature rise before plunging into the limit zone. But then the Brabus Rocket 900 blasts through fast or tight corners. The ceramic brakes have to keep showing what they’re capable of to launch the behemoth through the turns. In the limit zone, the 5.07-meter-long behemoth lets itself be kept precisely on track with the help of the steering wheel and the foot of the throttle.
There is smoke as the high-speed tires melt into smoke and abrasion as the 2.1-ton missile rolls up with the rear. It is also the weight and the tires that limit the maximum speed to 330 km/h.
In theory, it could even reach 350 km/h. But the Brabus Rocket 900 can also hold its exhaust flaps in peace at the touch of a button. Then you can slip nonchalantly into the Brabus fine leather seats and let your eyes wander over the refined alcantara and leather.
The Brabus rocket 900 Materspiece Legacy Continues, More exclusive than a Bugatti Chiron
The Brabus rocket 900 Materspiece Legacy Continues . Despite its immense reserves of power, the Rocket 900 also knows how to keep its nose clean. The Brabus Rocket 900 is probably the most exclusive, most powerful and most spectacular AMG GT four-door. It delivers a breathtaking performance, both visually and technically, and leaves the public more than thirsty for more. With its wide body kit, 900 horsepower on steroids and a top speed of up to 330 km/h, it’s a more exclusive ride than a Bugatti Chiron, as there are only ten of them made. And they have their price, you have to invest at least 505,000 euros to buy one.
