WHAT DOES THE RacingLine TURBO INLET SYSTEM 2.0 TSI EA888. Gen 4 GARRETT TURBO 245PS  DO?

• The new turbo intake system for 245PS MQB ‘EVO’ cars is a matched set of our much larger diameter, free-flowing 90 turbo intake, coupled with a reinforced silicone turbo intake hose for much higher airflow from the Racingline R600 Air Intake System for MQB EVO EA888 Gen.4 Engines  to the turbo.
• The factory intake forces airflow through a restrictive plastic bellows pipe, before narrowing to a narrow and restrictive plastic turbo inlet in other words, bad for flow.
• The RacingLine turbo intake system replaces this piping with a larger diameter, smooth-flowing silicone hose, coupled with a larger diameter, thin-walled, free-flowing intake elbow.
• The internal diameter of the Turbo 90 intake is massively increased from 62.5 mm on the original part to 76 mm.
• It was the combination of the two parts of the kit that made it possible to increase the diameter of the intake and the pipe so much and thus give the maximum possible gains.
