The RacingLine R600 Air Intake Package Bundle for MQB EA888 2.0 TSI Gen3 intake is the most modern cold air intake currently available for 2.0TSI Gen. 3 engines and provides up to 10CV of additional power without additional adaptation.
Compared to the OEM intake, it houses twice the filtration area in a huge air filter housing with two air intakes to provide more fresh air at lower intake temperatures.
This kit has been specially developed by RacingLine for all models of the MQB platform with 2.0 TSI engine and is specified for power ratings up to 600HP.
This intake system looks like an original part, as you would expect from a subsidiary of the VAG group, and comes with a parts certificate.
The significantly enlarged RacingLine R600 intake houses a hugeTRIFOAM® or Pleated Cotton Filter , which is passed through both front intakes with significantly improved airflow, ensuring significantly improved response across the rev range with more power
TRIFOAM® or Pleated Cotton Filter?
Foam Faster, for longer – The highest airflow of all filter types, for the best possible power for more of the time. As a high performance part, regular maintenance is essential to keep it at its very best.
Cotton Fit and forget – A robust ‘fit and forget’ filter that will last for years. It gives great initial power output but doesn’t have the dust-loading capacity of Trifoam.
Silicone Intake Hose for R600 2.0TSI EA888 Gen3 :
Another essential element to the airflow between intake and turbo is our Turbo Inlet Hose. Replace the restrictive standard plastic ‘bellows’ pipe with our free-flowing, ultra smooth reinforced silicone pipe.
R600 Hi-Flow Turbo Inlet Elbow EA888 Gen3 :
Release a valuable power increase comes from fitting our ‘thin wall’ Turbo 90 Inlet to replace the highly restrictive standard plastic MQB elbow. Compatible with all intake pipes and all factory turbos, and beautifully machined and gloss-anodised for a perfect, simple fitment.
Ideal for Stage 1, stage 2 and stage 3 Tuning :
The PU material used for its construction is the same as the original factory air box and engine-cover, textured to match into the exact same finish. But it’s not just the appearance that’s built to OEM standard. The mounting points use the factory system, ensuring simple and reliable fitment, with nice details such as the factory drain-hole being retained.
