After the RS6, Mansory has tackled the second Audi model and presents a complete transformation of the Audi RSQ8. With the P780 based on the Audi RS Q8, Mansory outperforms the Lamborghini Urus by no less than 130 HP. The body kit borrows its design from its Italian twin.
Mansory tackles its second Audi. After the RS6 Mansory has transformed the RS Q8. As usual, the designer enhances the twin model of the Bentley Bentayga and Lamborghini Urus with lots of extra power and a prodigious amount of carbon. The body kit is discreet, but openly quotes the Urus.
Urus-style front grille :
At the front, Mansory has installed a new grille surround, another front valance and new grilles for the side air intakes. The latter have a Y-shaped design and look exactly like the ones on the Urus.
Mansory Audi RSQ8 :
The round exhaust outlets are surprisingly present behind the square tips. A hood with two air outlets takes the heat away from the twin-turbo V8, while the mirror caps and new rocker panels draw attention. At the rear, there’s a roof spoiler, a lip on the trunk lid and a gigantic diffuser.
The latter looks very similar to the Urus’, but it’s a bit bigger. All the inserts are made of carbon. Overall, the RS Q8’s aesthetic is certainly sharp, but it’s less martial than some other Mansory creations.
Big 24-inch wheels and a lot more horsepower :
Road contact is provided by 10×24 or 12.5×24-inch light-alloy wheels shod with 295/30 front and 355/25 rear tires. In addition to the 24-inch forged wheels, Mansory also offers a 10.5×23-inch aluminum wheel. For the wheels, customers can choose between different designs in 23 or 24 inches.
Mansory refines the cockpit with leather, carbon, alcantara and a new steering wheel.
With carbon elements, the Swiss brand’s design studio gives the RSQ8 a martial look. The front and rear skirts as well as the rocker panels are made of exposed carbon. The engine cover is made entirely of carbon. The imposing diffuser is particularly eye-catching. As the only contrasting element to the otherwise black painted bodywork, Mansory uses a red decorative stripe that runs across the entire model.
V8 twin-turbo engine 1000 Nm of torque :
The Mansory steering wheel has its own logo. Carbon and leather as far as the eye can see. But the RSQ8 doesn’t just have a chic design. The tuner also put in the work under the hood. The twin-turbocharged V8 engine has been pushed to 780 hp thanks to a new ECU for engine management. A torque of 1,000 Nm rips from the crankshaft in the production version, the Audi RSQ8 develops 600 hp and 800 Nm of torque.
With such power, the mega SUV should go from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds and reach its top speed of 320 km/h. Compared to the standard Audi RSQ8, the spec sheet shows 3.8 seconds and 305 km/h as an option.
According to Mansory, the four-wheel drive car’s 0-100 sprint time drops from 0.5 to 3.3 seconds. The Vmax is raised to 320 km/h. This too is each time significantly better than the Lamborghini equivalent of the RS Q8. However, there is no need to feel sorry for the Lambo SUV. Because of course, Mansory has also planned a complete DE preparation cure for the Urus.
