  2. Non-Return: As Eventuri custom-made products are created according to your specific requirements, they cannot be returned once they have been manufactured, unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality-related issues.

For our European customers, including those from Switzerland, please note that the prices displayed in the cart do not include the 7.7% CH VAT (Swiss VAT). Yes, we ship to almost anywhere in the world, including Russia. However, please be aware that shipping bulky items may result in higher postage costs. For most bulky items that we export, we use reliable carriers such as DPD, UPS, or La Poste Suisse. This allows you to track your package online, and in the case of Switzerland, La Poste Suisse ensures efficient delivery.

However, there are a few countries we are unable to ship to, including Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Nigeria, Macedonia, Syria, Ukraine, and Lebanon.

Why are postage costs for bulky items higher compared to some other companies?

To prioritize your safety and the security of our goods, we use well-known couriers such as DPD, UPS, and La Poste Suisse for shipping.
