Please note that this item is classified as a special order and therefore is not available for immediate pickup or dispatch. The price and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), which is the anticipated time for the item to be delivered, are subject to variation. It is essential to note that special orders are strictly non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

We wish to inform you of the legal provisions and contractual policies governing the returns and refunds of our high-end, custom-made, and personalized products, in accordance with the Swiss legal framework.

• Limited Edition High-End Products: Our limited edition high-end products are subject to the legal principles governing sales contracts outlined in the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). Under Article 184 CO, once an order is placed and confirmed, it establishes a legally binding contract between the customer and our company. Therefore, cancellations and refunds for these products are typically subject to strict restrictions, in accordance with established jurisprudence from the Swiss Federal Tribunal.
• Custom-Made Products: Custom-made products are personalized goods manufactured according to the individual specifications of the customer. Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 197 et seq. CO, once production of these products has commenced, the customer’s rights regarding cancellation and refund may be limited. However, the warranty of goods (CO, Articles 197 et seq.) allows the customer to request a refund or replacement in case of defects or non-compliance with the agreed-upon terms at the time of purchase.
• Personalized Products: Personalized products are designed according to the exact specifications and individual preferences of the customer. In accordance with Swiss legal provisions, once production of these products has commenced, the customer’s rights regarding cancellation and refund may be restricted. However, in case of non-compliance with the agreed-upon terms at the time of purchase, the customer retains the right to request a refund or replacement, in accordance with established jurisprudence from the Swiss Federal Tribunal.
