These genuine metal extended shift paddles from RS models are whole units, not stick-on extensions that tend to fall off or never quite sit properly. These entire shift paddle units replace the shift paddles in your round or flat-bottom steering wheel fitted with a round airbag only. Paddles are not illuminated but feature a more solid and positive shifting action.
